1. Betting Patterns
Observe how other players bet, observe the amount of money they bet and how fast they bet.

2. Loading of Chips
You can catch this by observing players look at their chips right after they have received their cards.
After a player receives a monster hand he or she tends to look at his or her chips because he or she plans on betting some more.

Also, players have different approachs to loading their chips to the pot. Those with good cards will have an eager way of raising the pot.

3. Looking Far
Normally, a player with the best hand during a game looks far, it seems that he is too nervous and doesn't want to intimidate other players. If you notice that a player is looking away, fear him or her.

4. Posture
Posture tells a great deal of information. Players who sit laid back often have bad cards while those players with good hands sit firmly. Sometimes those players with monster cards tap their fingers on the table or tap their feet meaning they are nervous or tensed.
Your opponent's posture can tell you if they are interested in the game or just playing it.
5. Players that stare
Usually, a player that stares, bluff. Whether he or she is just trying to intimidate you or just playing bluff, do not be afraid and do not be worried. Just continue what you have to do.
